Although the focus of Isis, Inc. is designing custom pneumatic injection systems and applications, several standard systems have evolved.

  • PC base pressure controlled dilute and dense phase units

  • PCM base systems, hybrids with some process automation 

  • PX type systems which are fully PLC controlled

Injection systems are completely pre assembled and tested, simple to operate, and all parts are USA made and quickly available.

 

Support equipment ranges from air supplies and filling hoppers to large silos and material transfer systems.

 

A variety of end application products have been supplied from lance handling devices, pipe feeders, and third party EAF furnace panels.
